UX Design

Higginbotham

I played a role in the complete overhaul of Higginbotham’s website, which was part of a broader rebranding effort. Within a few months of the site's launch, our average weekly site traffic doubled.

I also created a few responsive forms on Figma that were implemented on Higginbotham’s website. You can view my prototypes below. Our conversion rate went from 6% to 22% within a month!

Google UX Design Certificate Projects

Easy Eats was one of three Google UX Design projects that I completed. I conceptualized this myself, following a vague inclusive design prompt. My objective for Easy Eats was to improve the cooking experience for people with limited motor function, providing them with the tools and resources needed to explore, create, and enjoy delicious meals.

I truly enjoyed researching and creating this project, where accessibility and user experience converge to make a meaningful impact.

Lazy Daisy, also created during my UX design course, is an app for exploring and ordering paper flower arrangements. Focusing on user-friendly but trendy design, I tried to make it as easy as possible to complete an order.

HIG Connect

At Higginbotham, I created and run an internal WordPress site called HIG Connect. It’s a company news platform showcasing Higginbotham’s offices nationwide. It hosts business lines announcements, IT tips, employee spotlights, community events, fun team photos and puzzles/games. Check out the video on the right to get a better overview of this culture enhancing platform.

I also created a company-wide home page (screenshot below) that features Higginbotham’s workspace (Okta), as well as instant access to HIG Connect. You can view my prototypes of the home page here.
